Reservation Conditions

Our tolerance is 15 minutes, after this period we reserve the right to assign the table to another customer. This tolerance applies to all members of the reservation.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Thank you for your reservation at Cavalariça Comporta. All of our reservations are subject to availability. We trust that reservations will be respected. We appreciate that if you need to make changes to your booking, you do so as soon as possible. Please let us know of any special requirements or restrictions you may have and we will be happy to accommodate your request whenever possible.

We always require credit card details to guarantee the booking. These details will be kept securely with Stripe, a secure payment processing company (virtual vault where your data will be stored and cannot be accessed by any of our employees) and you will only be charged if our cancellation terms are not met.

Your booking will automatically incur a fee of €30 per person if we do not receive 24 hours notice of any cancellation and a fee of €60 per person if you do not show up on the scheduled date of your booking.

For bookings of 8 or more people, we always require credit card details to guarantee the booking and with a prepayment of 30€ per person. These details will be kept securely with a company called Stripe (virtual vault where your data will be stored and cannot be accessed by any of our employees). Your booking will automatically incur a fee of €30 per person if we do not receive 24 hours notice of any cancellation and a fee of €60 per person if you do not show up on the scheduled date of your booking.

Unfortunately, our experience with customers who fail to cancel, fail to notify us, or make last-minute changes to their reservations has made this policy necessary.

We do not hold tables for unconfirmed reservations. We politely ask that you contact us if you are running late as we can only hold tables for a maximum of 15 minutes. The table will be released if we do not receive confirmation in advance.
